According to Eqtesad Online, Iran Telecommunication Company, in response to the remarks of the Minister of Communications regarding the recapture of the infrastructure from Telecommunications, stated: “As we are on the eve of the important presidential election, The recapture of the telecommunication channels, ducts and basins of the Telecommunication Company of Iran has been addressed by the Cabinet and has been described as an obstacle to the development of the home Internet by the seizure of the Telecommunication Company of Iran, even after privatization. They seem to have forgotten that the privatization of Iran Telecommunication Company has been carried out in accordance with Article 44 of the Constitution, through legal, legal and security processes.

At this critical time in the country, we do not want to follow the situation that the Ministry of Communications (during these eight years) has created for the people, but what can we do that is not a tactic and we have no choice but a little transparency. According to most respected experts in the field of communications and information technology in these years, one of the biggest obstacles to the development of broadband in the country is the monopoly of the Internet by the Ministry of Communications.

The use of unusual Internet distribution portals has plagued operators, and in the end, the smoke of these shortcomings has been seen in the lack of proper home Internet access. “Mr. Azari Jahromi, I wish that youthfulness would be the cause of courage and decision-making in developing communications and solving the problem of infrastructure and reforming your subdivision, and instead of projecting, you would be honest with the people.”

2- Where will the income of the new company (duct and wire) be? Should it be taken from Internet customers? If the answer is yes, the cost of the Internet for customers will increase by at least two times without changing the status.

3- About 30,000 small shareholders and major shareholders have bought Iran Telecommunication Company with the current situation, what is the obligation of their capital rights, is the government willing to pay tens of thousands of billions of Tomans to them?

Our proposal is to develop communication in the country:

A- The mentioned illegal and non-expert bill should be withdrawn

B- Be independent regulator

C- Internet monopoly should be lifted

D- To reform the unbalanced structure and costing of the Ministry of Communications

“In the end, we hope that all actors in the ICT industry in the country will work with more interaction and understanding to develop comprehensive communications and expand the telecommunications market as drivers of development and in the national interest.”
